FJason Mims of Coastal Vending & Food Services, Charleston, S.C. won the hot dog eating contest sponsored by LHD Vending Systems during the Atlantic Coast Expo in Myrtle Beach, S.C. LHD Vending Systems manufactures the LHD hot dog/sausage vending machine. Other contest participants were: Darrell Sims, Southern Refreshment Services, Tucker, Ga.; John Fourqurean, Gallins Foods, Inc., Winston-Salem, N.C.; Geoff Cook, Canteen Vending Services, Chesapeake, Va.

Contestants ate hot dogs at a table in front of the LHD booth during the trade show.

Note: The winner of the contest ate 8 hot dog
